Why serve html & php

– **HyperText** **Markup Language (HTML)** is a set of codes used to build web pages.

So, it is the language used to build web pages. It enables the construction, modification and maintenance of pages on the World Wide Web, also known as dotNet. WWW or Web is a community of servers where large amounts of documents are published. Before we look at what HTML is, it is important to know what HTML is not.

*First*, it is not difficult to understand and use.

*Second* , HTML is not a true programming (more formatting) language. It is not a language for writing Web programs. The terms *document* and *page* are often used interchangeably when talking about Web pages. They do not indicate the same thing. HTML is used to create electronic documents that can be read on different systems using software called browsers.

The browser translates HTML codes into an on-screen display.

Technically, the document consists of the actual HTML codes, while the page is what is displayed after being processed by the browser.

PHP Hypertext Preprocessor was formerly known as Personal Home Page, a scripting language similar in syntax to the C language, and can interact with various types of databases (e.g., MySQL) to create pages. PHP is a computer program. PHP is a server-side language used for programming dynamic web pages. Since browsers and the internet protocols recognize HTML code, PHP also uses these methods for displaying results. Since every manipulation or operation performed by PHP happens on the server, and everything that appears in the browser is displayed as HTML, XML, etc., this means that to work with PHP, you must have a server installed. In this case, since we are dealing with “Open source” (open code), the appropriate server is APACHE. The Apache server is used for open-source operating systems like LINUX, but can also be installed on Windows, BSD, etc. PHP combined with Apache are among the most commonly used tools for programming dynamic web pages today.
